itsagif, its quality, performance, merchantability or fitness for any

2. Ownership:
Itsagif is owned by Pedagoguery Software.

3. Pedagoguery Software, Unisys, and CompuServe do not assume responsibility
for any damage or loss caused by the use of itsagif.

4. Itsagif is to be used on a single personal computer or workstation which
is not used as a server. All personal computers or workstations which
provide access to a registered version of itsagif must be registered.

5. Itsagif may not be modified, reverse-engineered, decompiled, or
disassembled.

6. You may not rent or lease itsagif.

7. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability
for incidental or consequential damages so portions of the above may not
apply to you. In no event shall Pedagoguery Software's total liability to
you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort
(including negligence) or otherwise) exceed US$50.
